At Reformer Republic, we are here to create and provide a welcoming and safe environment for clients and instructors. Here we outline the expectations for behavior within our studio so everyone is able to enjoy Reformer Republic's experience.
1.) Respect for others
- Be courteous & respectful to all; clients, instructors, and other staff.
- Maintain a positive attitude and please avoid disruptive behavior which would affect the experience of others.
2.) Hygiene and Attire
- PLEASE wash new workout clothes prior to class. New clothes (from ALL brands) will stain the reformer upholstery. This will result in a $500 fee if done so and it is proven to be from your workout clothes. This is to cover the cost of new upholstery from Balanced Body.
- Wear clean, comfortable, and fitted workout clothing to allow instructors to observe your movement and alignment freely.
- Bring a clean pair of socks to each session, which is required.
- Practice good hygiene and clean studio equipment after use.
3.) Cancellations and Booking
- Adhere to our cancellation policy please, ignoring or habitual abuse of no showing / cancelling will result in being removed as a client from the studio.
4.) Mobile Phones and Personal Devices
- Please set your phone to silent or turn it off during class to minimize distractions to others.
- Personal devices shall not be used during class unless the instructor has authorized.
5.) Safety and Health
- Inform your teacher of any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations before class begins
- Follow the teacher's guidance and modifications to ensure safe and effective practice.
- Refrain from engaging in movements or exercises that you feel unsafe or beyond your comfort level.
6.) Studio Equipment and Space
- Treat all Pilates equipment and studio facilities with care and respect.
- After using equipment, clean and return it to it's designated place.
-Report any damaged or faulty equipment to staff immediately please.
7.) Studio Environment
- Under NO circumstances are drugs or alcohol permitted in the studio. Intoxicated individuals will not be allowed to participate. Please do not attend after drinking any alcohol or consumption of pain medication that will affect your balance, ability to speak, and/or comprehend instructions. This will result in a refund of your remaining membership/class package and the studio not allowing you back.
8.) Feedback and Communication
- We encourage open and respectful communication. If you have any concerns, feedback, or suggestions, pleas share them with your instructor or studio management via email (info@reformerrepublicpilates.com).
- Address conflicts or issues with others in a professional and respectful manner, and seek assistance from staff if needed.
