***Please note, regardless of your Pilates background - R.R. requires everyone to attend an intro class prior to being able to attend a regular reformer group class.
Additionally, we have a 4 hour cancellation policy. You must cancel 4 hours prior to the start of class to retain your pass, if it is past the timeframe - it will automatically deduct a class pass.***

New to Reformer Pilates? This 30 minute introductory class is for you! We will cover the basics and familiarize yourself with some standard reformer exercises. Our athletic + modern style class improves core strength, stability, balance, flexibility, posture, body awareness, and builds muscle. - 50 minutes - Grip socks are required for class. ** This class is not suitable for those with injuries! **

Reformer Republic offers two different yoga practices - Victoria N. will be leading Slow Flow Yoga and a Power/Vinyasa Flow. Slow Flow will be where each movement is initiated by slow and controlled breathing techniques. This builds strength & flexibility, all while releasing tension from day to day life.
Power/Vinyasa will be a powerful and energetic practice where students fluidly move from one pose to another while using breath as the primary link between alternating poses and mind-body connections. This is a revitalizing challenge in intensity and pace. You can expect to build strength, increase your endurance, release tension, and create more flexibility throughout the body.
