Additionally, we have an 8 hour cancellation policy. You must cancel 8 hours prior to the start of class to retain your pass, if it is past the timeframe - it will automatically deduct your class pass. If you no show to a class, the system will deduct your class pass and charge you $15. ***

The Reformer produces a low-impact workout while activating muscles throughout the body! Our athletic + modern style class improves core strength, stability, balance, flexibility, posture, body awareness, and builds muscle. - 50 minutes - Grip socks are required for class. ** This class is not suitable for those with injuries! **

The Rebound class is a calorie-burning cardio infused Pilates class. It is a fast-paced Reformer workout that keeps your heart rate up while building & toning your body as only Pilates can. It puts a special emphasis on the jump board to keep you in constant motion & energized from start to finish. This class is for the conditioned student, taught at a faster pace and jumping for a minimum of 30-40 minutes, depending on the class flow.

This class utilizes a Pilates Tower and is a later adaptation of the Cadillac apparatus. Our exclusive Pilates Tower Workout augments spring-based Tower work to challenge and strengthen the entire body. Offering a range of exercises only the Tower can provide — utilizing the push-through bar, roll back bar, leg springs and arm springs — the tower workout builds control and deepens flexibility while strengthening the core.
