***Please note, regardless of your Pilates background - R.R. requires everyone to attend an intro class prior to being able to attend a regular reformer group class.
Additionally, we have a 4 hour cancellation policy. You must cancel 4 hours prior to the start of class to retain your pass, if it is past the timeframe - it will automatically deduct a class pass.***
* Clients must complete an INTRO Reformer session prior to joining a small group Reformer class. This will be a single class purchase of $15.
New to Reformer Pilates? This 30 minute introductory class is for you! We will cover the basics and familiarize yourself with some standard reformer exercises. You will learn how to set-up + adjust the Reformer, and review safety techniques. - 30 minutes - Grip socks are required ** Our group reformer classes are not suitable for those with injuries **
At Reformer Republic, Sculpt is where we teach the basics and fundamentals of Pilates! We focus on building a strong core while maintaining a balanced body. Movements are done on a mat and controlled through proper breathing techniques. The mind-body connection is the center of our class. These bodyweight exercises will test your strength and flexibility. We utilize resistance bands, small hand weights, and the Pilates magic circle to keep this modern fusion fun and fresh! Come activate your core and be forged by fire! This class is great for beginners to advance levels. - 45 minutes - requires grippy socks
